Photography
Florian Hirzinger, CEO of FH-AP, is a self-taught photographer. He developed his skills through years of practice and works today as a freelance artist within the Austrian artists’ association "IG Bildende Kunst" and the UNESCO partner organization "International Association of Art (IAA)". He is convinced that neither high-tech equipment nor a professional artistic education are substitutes for the key aspects of photography: creativity and passion.
In his own words, “If photography was only about capturing reality, it would be sufficient to thrust a disposable camera into the hands of a monkey.”
In fact, to his mind, photography is the art of visualizing emotions. The eye of the photographer recognizes the inspiration - the camera is his tool. Indeed, he notes that the camera is merely the means of capturing a moment. The picture, however, is the result of the harmonious blending of photography, editing, titling, and presentation.
For Florian Hirzinger, photography is, like every art form, an expression of emotions which take form in the eye of the viewer.
Since 2011 he is officially represented by Xanadu Gallery from Scottsdale (Arizona, USA).
